CNQ 100 Desilters
CNQ100 desilter is used after desander. It is made of FX100 (4 inch) hydrocyclones, together with one set motor and one bottom shaker.
The treating capacity of each set is about 160m3/h. Separation size is 12-47 micron meters.
Parameters:
Hydrocyclone material: Polyurethane
Connection: Clamps connection
Motor power: 0.75KW, one motor
Inlet pipe: 150mm, discharge pipe:200mm
Bottom shaker: 120 mesh size single shaker
Also now more and more users do not use the desilter's bottom shaker, only use the hydrocyclones to separate the solids size in the drilling fluid.
